I didn't go to trip because they put us in isolation without any answers but they gave us tickets for excursion. How VERY nice of them! And it would've been my first time.

The taxis are rip offs! The Italian gov tariffs for Ciampino Airport is set at €130 but good luck if you can get one to do it at that price!! We were told at the port by the taxi driver that it would be €350!!!!!!!!! Then at the station €240!!! We ended up getting the train to Rome for €5 each with the intention of getting a taxi from there to the airport for the official €30 (as printed on the side of every taxi) but surprise surprise they wanted a lot more!!! So we ended up using the airport shuttle for €6 each! The Italian government really should do something about this! Total scam! Big advice if you intend to do a transfer to and from the port pre book through a reputable agency.
