Watch out for taxi drivers. Got ripped off badly and couldn't argue because of traffic and language. Unlucky with the weather - sleet the first day . Enjoyed the Grand Bazaar pity it closed at 5 on Sat and dkidnt reopen on Sun.

Went on a tour but were turned off by the constant pressure of street vendors. They would not leave you alone and kept following us. Grand Bazaar was closed but the Spice Market was more than we had time to see.

Do not travel to Istanbul on the 29th of October. Very disappointing not to see the Grand Bazar. This day is a national holiday in Istanbul. Wonderful place wish the ship could have stayed longer.
