We went to a beach that was crowded, and then made our way back to town and had a great lunch. Probably the best moussaka I’ve ever had. The downside was there’s not a whole lot to see in my opinion, and on the way back to the ship, Cabs would not stop to pick us up because they wanted a longer fare. We ended up running to make it so we didn’t miss the ships movement. My last cruise I took stopped in Corfu we didn’t even bother to get off the ship. The other ports on the Adriatic cruise were all awesome.

We just went into town. Didn't bother with the $16 each return instead we hired a cab at the port for €10 each way for 4 of us (would've worked out $64)

Took a bus to busy Corfu town. Not too much to do other than shop or eat. DELICIOUS Greek food though!!

Beautiful place! We rent a car for 40€ at the port and went to the beaches to take a swim, its the best way to visit corfu and you also have time to see city center after.

When we arrived the Greek Orthodox Church was celebrating there Easter. It about 10 days after Christians celebrate Easter, or so I was told. We actually got to see a religious parade representing the followers taking Jesus’ body to the tomb. We got there obviously during their Good Friday. I paid my respects to aged priest of the faith, and he let me take his picture. Got great video of the procession/parade. Got to sample genuine Greek Ouzo! If you like black licorice this is the drink for you. I loved it!
