We did an amazing half-day catamaran snorkel and beach adventure. We went to a reef and snorkeled for about an hour and then they served rum punch and they dropped us out on a stunning beach for about 45 minutes. It was rather windy, so they couldn't stay on shore. After the catamaran, we walked around the village and had lunch and a few drinks and then headed back to the ship.

I really loved Antigua! My husband and I went on an excursion to Nelson's Dock Yard, which is so lovely. I wished we could of spent more time there, but we also stopped at a pretty beach on the way back to St. John's. I would go back here again.

We took an excursion, sightseeing tour around the island. The trip was excellent. The driver definitely made the trip. He was so friendly, informative, and entertaining. The van was air conditioned and very comfortable.

I haven't experienced such an aggressive cruise port since Nassau. The hawkers were so persistent that the entire port experience was ruined. They congregated around choke points and would barely take "no" for an answer. I'd love to see Nelson's Dockyard, but not if I have to deal with that to do so.

Private Antiqua VIP tours was excellent. Our singing driver Alvin very informative and fun to have as our guide. We visited, Betty's hope sugar mill and was told slave history. As a side note I noticed a lot of other tour participants following us around attractions as Alvin was knowledgeable and obviously they had booked the cheap tour! Devils bridge – where caribbian sea meets the atlantic ocean and the seas spray through/under small coral bridge We visited Nelsons dock yard – the bakery offered some interesting items, rest isn't that interesting, but the guide Alvin recommended was excellent. Fig tree drive was a windy road not that interesting, Islanders call bananas - figs

We decided to do our own thing and spend the day at Beachlimerz which is a restaurant on Ft. James beach that is very secluded. There were only 2 other couples there the entire time we were there (almost 5 hours). It is like having your own little piece of paradise!
