The island of San Juan Puerto Rico is beautiful. Went there for the 1st time on the Allure Of The Seas. Really enjoyed my time spent on the island. Going back there on the Adventure Of The Seas & the Carnival Magic. Can’t wait!

So this is the stop I was least excited about, but ended up really enjoying. None of the excursions appealed to me or were within my price range, so we ended up not booking anything. When we got off the ship there were people hustling you and trying to get you to go on a bus and let them give you a tour of the island. This is what we ended up doing for like $20 per person. They took us to see New San Juan and Old San Juan.... We stopped a few times for pictures. They dropped us off close to the ship where there was lots of shopping. This is where we found lots of knock off purses/wallets/sun glasses, etc. All the pricing is negotiable. We went to Senior Frogs for lunch and had an awesome time! This place was rocking in the middle of the day. Everyone had silly balloon hats.... they had everyone dancing.... a lonnnnng conga line going through the restaurant..... free shots..... it was lots of fun. Highly recommend. We had friends who did the snorkeling/open bar excursion. They had a blast doing that.

San Juan was nice, and there was a lot to see in the city. It was very hot, and be prepared to wear walking shoes because it is a lot of walking! I would like to go again when it is cooler!
