There are 3 reputable 1s near Nassau. Blue Lagoon Island is usually the least expensive and first to sell out, available independently or from the cruise line. Atlantis resort, but these are the most expensive because you also need an Aquaventure daypass and are limited to just your family group. Lastly Balmoral Island which I don't know much about but must be booked through the cruise line.
