Labadee was nice , royal Caribbean have their own beach area that was clean , organized , relaxing and they even have a water play area for the kids to enjoy , there was lots of beach area to chose from but we didnt know till the end , we also weren't told the the buffet is only for certain time , i think it was from 11-1:30 , or something like that and it wasnt stated in the cruise campus either . plenty of food all barbecue options , some salads , fruits and cookies, no pizza so if your kids dont eat barbecue pack something from the ship or head back for lunch Dont forget your water shoe the beach is so rocky and i was glad that i found this note here so we all had our water shoes on We didnt do excursion though its a perfect place to do that since there is more things to do in the other ports of call

Probably the 2nd best port on the Western Caribbean itinerary. Lunch was mediocre . We also weren’t aware that there were 2 food venues on the island..one for those that have achieved greatness on the royal member scale ( and trust me .. you’ll be reminded on occasion as to their loyalty status 🙄.. FYI ..they use toilet paper too) and the other for the “ not as fortunate enough to have cruised 47 times“ folks. Some of the vendors were a tad pushy but that being said, it’s more about making the memories of your vacation with the people in your life that make everything else pointless.

We got a beach lounger for the day. It was perfect. They gave use 6 huge bottles of water in a cooler. It was comfortable and relaxing. We avoided all the pushy locals selling stuff by getting to the beach before they were set up. The beach was very rocky. Huge rocks. Didn’t like that at all. Food was mediocre. Salads had no flavor or dressing. Jerk chicken was not a hit with me. The guys getting drinks on the beach were ok. Kinda jerky if you don’t tip extra. I’m already tipping 18% and service didn’t deserve more. We were out there 8am-2pm

This was my favorite port. The water was so clean and warm. The beaches were nice. My only issue with this port is how pushy the locals are that are selling their products. Once you buy something from anyone they give you a bracelet and put it on you, to thank you they say, but as soon as its on everyone starts hounding you. Its how they mark you that you'll buy something. They are willing to haggle on prices though so dont pay their first offer. I got them down as much as $20 on some items.

Such a great island. We rented a cabana this time and I highly recommend it. Our own waiter, chairs, floats and covered cabana. We were on the calm side of the island.

We all really liked this port! It was super easy to get around. Didn’t feel crowded, except at lunch time. The buffet took a while to get through. The food was decent kept us not hungry. We snorkeled at adrenaline beach by the reef and saw lots of different fish. Didn’t do any excursions just enjoyed a beach day and it was perfect! The restrooms were clean. The scenery was beautiful. There is a little hidden stone walk way that takes you up for a beautiful view of the inlet. We did not do shopping. Read bad reviews about the shops being too pushy. People on the ship that we talked to did say pretty much the same thing. One woman said the shop lady grabbed her and started putting stuff in her bag and telling her she needed it. But easy to avoid. I would go to this port again in a heartbeat!

My husband and son did the aqua park and the slide. They really enjoyed the aqua park but my husband said he thought the slide was way overpriced for what it was. I enjoyed lounging around and the lunch was good. I did not like going near the shopping area! I really wanted to look but when I tried, I was bombarded with guys trying to get me to buy their things. It was not enjoyable at all!

We were pleasantly surprised by Labadee. Our snorkeling excursion was great. The buffet lunch was excellent (recommend you get in line early). The shuttles to different parts of the resort were helpful.

DO the Zip line. It is a great view and thrill. Try to do it in the morning that way you have the rest of the day to relax on the beach or go off on a jet ski.
