We will be in Labadee in January 2018. I know you have to pay to use a mat on the water. However, we are thinking of bringing our own. You know, the air mattresses you use in your own pool that you can buy for under $5 at Walmart? Has anyone ever done that? I'm wondering if they would make you put it away.

We paid for a excursion of the private cabana to relax in with a beautiful view of the ocean but as we set up for the day, the local workers started dragging lounge chairs in front of our cabana, before long there were three rows of chairs in front of our private cabana.....not so private and definitely not a beautiful view. We brought this up with the Royal Caribbean excursion desk on the Oasis but were told there was not much they could do......

Contantly harasses by locals to purchase things. Police was even called to get locals off of one couple. Didn’t enjoy this stop!

The over the water cabana was awesome, great service. Only down side was the rocks in the water. Bring water shoes. Leon our server gave us great service. Very friendly

I wish this wasn’t even a stop. The people drag you into their “shop” beg you for money and when you say no thank you they get mad. I heard one person say to a couple behind us why did you come here if you don’t have any money. It was super rude. She told him how she already spent it other places. They try to separate couples into other “shops” (tents) even though they all have the same exact things. Then they start getting mad at each other. The best part was the coconut water and the pineapple drinks when you first get off.

Beach was very nice, we were able to find a nice spot in Columbus Cove where the water was nice and it was close to the food and bars. No problem finding a shaded spot for our chases. Staff was very friendly
