No excursion just walked around port.

Took the little "train" around the town. It came with a police escort! Scary to see security outside all the banks carrying rifles. People were running and riding up to the train trying to sell us stuff which was annoying as we couldn't hear about or see the sites

The local shuttle to town was not running. The alternative was the chu-chu to take you on a 45 minute (no stops) around town.
