We loved the Grand Turk exprience, and felt that we made the best choice by far. We got to see and hear about the island and it's history, as well as famous people who owned islands nearby. We loved the "native" feeling of the island, and got to socialize with the locals. It was so fun to pet the donkeys, and see the cows and horses roaming the island. The water was amazing, and we had such a great time at the "resort" - which was a suprise since it was so small - but we loved the intimate feeling of being there with the locals.

This is one of my favorite ports. The pool is large and the lounges complimentary. The beach has white sand, complimentary lounges and the waves are non=-existent. Might want to bring water shoes since there are some rocks on the bottom. Shopping is fun here too.

This was not a great experience. The beach, although pretty, was terribly crowded and there wasn't sufficient free seating for our group. We ended up paying and that was not a great experience with the locals. Also, the water at this beach, although pretty, had a seafloor covered in large rocks. It was painful to walk out into the ocean and actually a little dangerous for kids and the elderly. I would not choose to get off the ship for this stop again unless I paid for a different excursion on a private beach.
