A: Yes should a few shops that will have it and shouldn’t be hard to find… Dominican Republic is where Larimar originated. The individual who discovered the gem named it after his daughter, Lari and mar is for the sea for it’s different shades of blue.

A: There is a small public beach to left of port. Go to the Amber Cove website and you can inquire about it and they will even give you directions for the 10 minute walk to get to it.

A: Currently there are no super special Covid restrictions at this port, so even unvaccinated children can disembark here without a planned excursion. Carnival offers a free to their passenger resort style pool use here, lounger use is included. The loc... al beaches tend to be very very rocky and currents near shore unpredictable.See More

A: In Amber Cove, they have a free pool to the right when you walk off the ship. There’s a restaurant that plays music and does pool games. There are free slides and it has a resort feel with lifeguards. There’s a Zipline for $20/person and you can go a... s many times as you want all day over the pool area. There are hammocks off to the right. You can rent a poolside cabana and also an over the water one in the ocean but there’s not a beach there. We loved it there!See More
