We had been to Jamaica before and it's a beautiful place but honestly we feel like they haggle you to death when you get off there so we decided to stay on board during this port.

Based on my experience, I would only do a ship sponsored excursion or stay on the boat. Locals are too aggressive. T shirts, etc, 2 to 3 times more expensive than other ports. My cell phone was stolen out of my pocket! We also went to the grand caymans and Cozumel. Both, better by far!

The port was lovely. Our excursion was going to Mystic Mountain and Dunn's River Falls. One of the most fun experiences we had. Everyone was friendly and not at all pushy. Of course tips are expected for most experiences but honestly it's worth it.
