An NCL ship arrived before us. Therefore we were assigned to another dock. We were given a map to navigate the original dock. We were confused by the switch. No information was given on this. We spent money on a taxi ride that ended up being totally unneeded. It created confusion for us and others.

Unless you go to Dunn River Falls, not much to do. All the souvenir shops had the same merchandise.

We got outside the compound and was hassled tremendously. At one point, was threatened by a local if we didn’t give him some money. Didn’t give him any and quickly got back on the boat.

It was so very hot and none of the restaurants had air conditioning so we ended up back on the ship for our lunch.

We should have been told ahead of time that we wouldn't be able to explore the island. They only let us wander through a VERY touristy section, to spend money on trinkets I suppose. If we'd known, we would've just stayed on the ship.
