I can’t say much about the port as we went to NCL’s island and tried the beach and decided to do the pool for a while. We stayed for about 45 minutes and then returned to the ship. I would have liked an adult pool only option.

Norwegian's own Island Paradise. Beautiful beaches. Great bars and restaurants. Nice shopping venue. Awesome lagoons. I took a nature boat out to see Manatees. Great fun and I still had hours on the beach and gorgeous pools. This was PARADISE. I still dream of this island.

Welcome to Downtown Disney. :( You are on the private Norwegian island where everything is staged cleaned 3 times and you get absolutely no sense of Belize. I've been to Belize City and while it has poverty, I think it is good to take a real look at the people and were they live. Also on the mainland there was a great bar that I had seen years ago. I wanted to see if it was still there and say hi to the owner. But unfortunately we didn't leave the island. The beach was beautiful, and the day was relaxing, but I live in Florida so it was a typical beach day for me.

Very clean. Well organized. Had electric carts to take my pregnant wife and I along the pier back to the ship. The wildlife walk through area was pretty cool. Butterfly area with the morpho butterflies was neat as well. The only negative is that it isnt really a legitimate area, it is more of a staged town and not realistic of the true area. Went on The Monkey River Eco Tour. Very good excursion and we got to see lots of bird species and iguanas and plant species.

Fantastic! Food and beverage too expensive. $25 dollars for two 12 oz beers. We knew that food and beverage were not included, but didn't think that it would be that expensive.

New private island. Not much to see yet and the beach is not what we thought. I believe they brought in sand and it still washes away, so the shallow water is murky. Pool is great, very little shopping but not crowded. My advice is to plan something ahead of time for now. Not all inclusive like other private islands, everything costs more money.
