We loved this port. We did not have an excursion booked but we found a taxi that took us to Hell, got to walk around there for a bit and get some souvenirs. The usual “Hell and back” swag 🤣. Then we got a taxi back to 7 mile beach, this was such a beautiful beach 🏖 rented chairs and umbrella for a reasonable price ($20 I think for the whole day) we just stayed at the beach until it was time to return to the ship 🛳.

We went to Stingray City, where I found out I am afraid of stingrays!

One of my favorite ports! We didn't have an itinerary of anything to do here so we just decided to walk around. When you get off the boat, it's filled with a bunch of shops that are decently priced! Then we heard about 7 mile beach and instead of getting a taxi there we walked and it was a pretty long hike. I recommend to definitely get a taxi there and back! We eventually got a taxi to go back to the port! But 7 mile beach, was incredible! The water was so clear you could see for miles! The weather was absolutely beautiful! So glad we went to this port! One of my favs :)

I really enjoyed touring this island. The only downside was that most places are closed on Sunday. I went scuba diving for the first time and it was amazing!

You must try snubs especially at this port. If you like snorkeling, you’ll LOVE snuba! It’s exceptionally easy as you’re given a mask, regulator & weight belt. You & a partner can cruise along enjoying the fish, coral & a shipwreck. A hose connects your regulator to the tank floating in a raft which follows along on the surface.

Went to the free beach for $6 each taxi ride (one way). Paid $20 for two chairs and an umbrella and enjoyed the best beach and water for the whole trip. Only two or three beach vendors offered massages. What a great place to be in the caribbean.

Grand Cayman is a tendered port, but our Faster to the Fun pass bumped us to the front of the line. Even without it, it appeared that the tender service was excellent. I had visited Grand Cayman several times and we decided to use the inexpensive ($2.50/each/way) city bus system for transportation. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the tender cruise port and into a small van which leaves every 15 minutes. It’s a great way to see a bit more of the area and interact with local people. We love the turtle farm, not so much for the educational tour, but for the amenities – a huge salt-water snorkeling area full of hatchling turtles and colorful fish, and a clear refreshing fresh water pool with a water slide on the other side. Both sides have inexpensive lockers and wonderful air-conditioned restrooms and changing areas. The food is also great – we enjoyed fried cheese, calamari, conch fritters, and coconut shrimp – all delicious. We left the Turtle Farm to quickly catch a city bus back to the cruise port.

Wish we went to 7 mile beach but it was raining allllllllllll day. We had a swim with the dolphin and turtle part excursion planned anyway. Although it rained all day we loved this day. The kids loved holding the baby turtles and the dolphin thing was fun although all the kids latched onto us as the baby fish nibble your toes. Picture prices were crazy, but it was so fun! Skipped the beach as it was raining and went back on the boat to enjoy the activities there.
