Took public bus ($2.50/person) to 7 Mile Beach, found coral washed up on the beach. Water was so beautifully blue! Shopping was hit & miss (one shop expensive, the next cheap) but the Tortuga Rum Store was a big plus! Everyone loved the rum cakes we bought!

Our favorite place to go! We would retire here if we could! Great shopping, friendly people and beautiful island! If you get off the ship early and are not doing an excursion, most of the shops don’t open until 9 or 9:30 am. But they are worth the wait!

Absolutely loves Grand Cayman. We looked around all the different shops outside of the gates and then caught a cab from the Harley shop to go about a mile down the road to spend the rest of the day on the beach! The water was amazing and oh so clear. We had a few cute fish swim right by us while we was playing in the ocean. Just absolutely Beautiful!! I definitely suggest a beach day. Fun for adults and children.

Stingray City was amazing, and Captain Marvin's is the way to go! Great service and the staff is more than accommodating. From the bus driver to the Captain, these folks are top notch!

We took the Grand Cayman tour to the Far Side. Just 8-10 of us in a van. The driver took us around the island with a lunch stop at Rum Point. The water was beautiful and I want to go back!

We took a taxi to 7 mile beach (got off at the first resort) and spent the day there. The water was gorgeous and there was easy snorkeling with a close-in reef. We saved money (versus ship excursions) and were not pestered by hard-sell vendors at all. They are set up well for excursions outside the ship sponsored ones there and had no problem getting a taxi back in plenty of time to get back on the ship. Also taxis & resorts took US dollars with no issue.

This by far was our favorite port. We spent our day at Royal Palms. The cab ride was $5 pp each way. The entry fee was $2 and gave us access to their facilities such as restrooms and showers. The cost of alcohol and food at Royal Palms was about what I expected $12-15 a mixed drink and $14-20 per entree. The beach had plenty of shaded spaces to drop a beach towel and enjoy the crystal clear water. Can't wait to return.

Loved the Grand Cayman. We swam with the sting rays! An experience we won't forget. It was amazing!! We even kissed one for 7 years of good luck.
