This was one of three ports we visited during our first cruise/honeymoon. Out of Montego Bay Jamaica, Cozumel Mexico, and here, GC was by far my favorite. There was a lot for the tourists to do as far as shopping and dining. We skipped an excursion at this port so we didn’t overwhelm ourselves. My husband ended up purchasing a watch that has the Navy’s Blue Angels on the back which we thought was so cool because we live an hour away from Pensacola, FL....home of the Blue Angels. It was a busy port with a lot of visitors but it never felt crowded. I actually left my iPhone behind in one store and panicked looking for it. When I went back, a cashier was holding it behind the counter. I was thrilled to see the honesty there! Overall I’d definitely visit this port again. It was BEAUTIFUL!

The day was overcast, but we still had a great time. The towns is one of our favorite shopping ports. We walked long seven mile and had a wonderful afternoon.

Its been two three (3) years since my cruise to this port but i do remember i had a blast in this port! The ship didnt dock so we had to be tendered to the island which was fine with me, my boyfriend and i decided to do a wave runner and snorkeling excursion and we had alot of fun! Now i cannot swim and i was afraid to drive the wave runner alone so we just shared one (it came out a bit cheaper because of that) and i was terrified to get into the water. Overall an amazing experience and something i can cross off my bucket list! (we booked the excursion with Carnival and if im not mistaken it was roughly $100-180 each person)

We hit the beach And snorkeled at this port. It was beautiful and didn’t even have to swim far out to see fish. It was a great experience and I would love to visit again.
