I booked excursion thru Jaital.com. picked us up at port & took us to 876 Beach Club. $24/person included transport to beach club, entrance fee & chair. The staff at club was very friendly had wonderful hamburger w fries & delicious drinks will definitely go back again. Beautiful beach w white sand & calm ocean.

We tried to do just walk the streets and visits shows and restaurants, but the city is very crowded and their are virtually no sidewalks. Vendors and cab drivers outside the RC area are also very persistent. We finally got a recommended cab from a tourist official and took a trip to Montego Bay, which turned out very well.

This was my least favorite stop. We stayed in the port area to shop and most places were fine but some of the vendors were pushy. We ate Spice Kitchen and while the food was ok (not as good as Cayman) the service was lacking and it was very expensive. Taxes were high extremely high here on food and beverage. We went to Margaritaville for drinks afterward and for a group of 5 with one drink each and a plate of calamari was $155.00. We were shocked and the drinks were horrible. The bartender was having a meltdown and we were getting one drink brought to the table at a time so we could not enjoy our drinks together. I would not go back to this port. I will stay on the ship.

It was really nice to stay in Jamaica for a few hours. The water is so blue, the sand is so clear. We stayed in Montego Bay and it so worthed the ride!

We went to Red Stripe beach, so beautiful! Just walked away from the bar/chairs/designated swimming place and relaxed under a tree. Clear blue waters!

This was my least favorite port. We wanted to go to a beach so we went to the taxi area... $20 PER PERSON round trip! We had 2 adults, 4 kids (one baby) = $120!!!!! We FINALLY got them talked down to $80 round trip, which is still outrageous for a 5 minute taxi. The taxi driver was super nice and very helpful explaining where we were going and what time to expect to be picked up with the time change etc. We went to “blue beach” as recommended by multiple ppl at taxi place. The taxi driver told us this beach was equipped with chairs, umbrellas, WiFi, music, bar etc. He forgot to mention access to the beach cost $10 per adult and $5 per child!!!!!!! We arrived with $29 left after paying the cab (we did not think we would need hundreds of dollars for a beach trip). After many minutes of begging and telling them we only had $29, the cab driver influenced them to allow us on to the beach for $29! Since we had no more $$ for tips we were escorted to the cheaper “pool chairs” on the outskirts. This actually made us laugh since we felt like lower class citizens. We enjoyed the beach and the swimming, it was really beautiful! Thank goodness no one got thirsty or hungry!! The cab came back as planned and got us back to the boat. We felt bad not being able to tip him because he was really was so nice and helpful! If I had it to do again I would stay on the boat and maybe visit the shops on port, PERIOD!!!

Least favorite port. May stay inside cruise port and grab a bite to eat this year. Just wasn't impressed with the quality of snorkeling in Jamaica compared to other ports of call. We do make the best of all ports though

BEAUTIFUL ISLAND. For my excursion we did horseback riding. At first it was hard but once you got the hang of it it’s so much fun. We travel half the island than to end it we headed toward the ocean. It was really fun in the ocean cause we kept going over mini hills and the horses kept tripping and I kept flying! It wasn’t far from the cruise port! The transportation was very very nice. I still have the band I got from the excursion.
