The port area was very nice. We were disappointed that we could not walk outside the confined area.

The port itself was really nice, nice places to shop, the tax and duty free liquor store had some killer deals. The town itself not so much, our bus ride through showed some sad conditions, wouldn't go outside the port unless your on a bus. The mountains were beautiful just lush rain forest all around and very quiet and peaceful
