Paradise beach in Cozumel, it was perfect. My kids had so many virgin Pina coladas and mama had a few adult pina coladas and blue hawians too. 🍹🥥 My kids didn't care for the pico de gallo type salsa (I thought it was delicious). Beautiful beach and pool. 🏖

Saw nothing great about this location. Quite sure the port for cruise ship is not what the rest of the island would look like, but the tour didnt reveal anything either. Went on a taxi ride to what was supposed to be a beach. Instead it was a place to line people up in the water and let them see dolphins. Did not sign up for that. Was going to the beach. Same thing a little area with contagous looking water that once again, we did not put our feet in the water. Hung out at the pool which was nice for 3 hours and went back to the ship.

We pre-booked Playa Uvas beach club for $15 per person. Had to get own cab ride there ($12 for 4 people I think). One free drink, use of chairs/umbrella, kayak, guided snorkel tour (if you wanted a guide, tip expected). Food and drink were expensive but we were never asked to buy anything and didn't. Nice hammocks, showers, lockers. Maybe not much better than some free beach club where you had to buy drinks/food though. It was just down from Nachi Cocom. The water was super clear. Snorkeling was fair but visibility on this day was way better than I had seen in Cozumel before.

Our group really enjoyed the port. We didn't book an excursion visa the ship but we did get an open air horseless carriage driven by David. Took us through the city to see some sights ammendment to a wonderful tequila tasting.

Cozumel seemed like the most Americanized port of the ones we visited, but we still had a great time. The excursion we participated in was a Cozumel-exclusive version of The Amazing Race and we had a fun time journeying throughout parts of the city. The excursion was very well put-together and it was really cool to see members of the city were happy to participate in having tourists visit their shops for clues on how to progress through the race. Even locals who weren't affiliated with the excursion were happy to offer assistance on finding a certain shop or landmark.

I've been here many times, and it almost always rains, which has nothing to do with the cruise. We booked an excursion through Viator again, but this one was not my favorite. I think I'll go back to doing all-inclusive beach days or just stay on the ship if the weather isn't nice. The port area shops are starting to look REALLY run down and not very nice. It could use a refresh.

Skipping a port due to weather conditions and arriving in Cozumel in the evening (instead of morning) was a real treat. The evening view coming into the port of Cozumel, with all the City Lights, was beautiful. Additionally, we were afforded an evening experience in Cozumel for those who wished to disembark that evening....an experience not usually available to cruisers since ships are typically only in port during the daytime hours. I love Cozumel. There are many shops right there by the port with a variety of leather goods, pottery, clothing and wooden toys for the kiddies.

There’s always something to do in Cozumel. We prefer Mr. Sanchos, but no shortage of options.
