Had a good time. Went into town and found it clean and enjoyable.

Built up and hectic, no excursion but maybe should have, still fun, at least look around. Buy some pharmaceuticals not available in US without prescription.

Our excursion was fun... we did Dances and Salsa at Playa Mia. Met some nice people but no real time to enjoy the beach as advertised. HUGE line to get back on board the ship. I don't think the last person was onboard until we were supposed to leave the pier. Not sure if that is normal or if it was because MSC was docked with us.

The storms have really destroyed the beaches and atmosphere in Cozumel. Went on a open-top tour and beach stop. Tour was informative, but we were taken to an area where the shop owners were very aggressive and a bit off-putting! Beach was filled with seaweed and just dirty feeling.

Used to be a great stop but it would seem they’re pushing a new cruise dock area which is a few miles from anything worthwhile. Cab is inexpensive but when there are 2 ships and 1000 people waiting for cabs it’s just not worth it.
