Cozumel, Mexico Port Reviews

My husband and I really enjoyed Cozumel. Leaving the port, all taxis are lined up and ready to take you where you need to go. We went to Mr. Sanchos Beach club, which was GREAT! About $17 cab ride, and $50/person all-inclusive. The place was well maintained, very clean, friendly staff, kept our drinks full all day and food was good too. Lots of activities for all ages. I would definitely recommend!

We just wandering around the port shops for a while. I bought some gorgeous earrings, I think they're pink opals. The guy came down on them quite a bit when we said we only had so much cash with us.

We loved Cozumel! We did private tour through Safe Tours Cozumel. Snorkeling, oceanside Mexican lunch, fresh squeezed orange juice from a roadside stand, explored downtown shopping area. The water was SO beautiful I was mesmerized as soon as I stepped off the ship. We will be back in January we booked Nachi Cocom for that trip. Can't wait!!

So much to do at this port whether through the cruisline or venturing out on your own. Always feels safe here. Lots of shopping and restaurants right off the pier. Water is beautiful here! Fat Tuesday is always a great time!

3rd time in Cozumel, 1st time at Mr Sanchos. Always an amazing time but Mr Sanchos is awesome. So worth the money and (as someone of polish ancestry) lack of sunburn. We got a cab to the resort, a table with a thatch roof, drinks and drunk and food and shout out to Salvador for being such an attentive waiter. It was awesome. Will go again.

This is our favorite destination. We use to walk everywhere downtown. After going there several times we decided to rent a car and drive the island of Cozumel. The other side of the island is also very beautiful. Different experience and the beaches were beautiful. Recommend renting a car and drive around the island. It’s safe and the people of Mexico are very friendly.

Love, love, love Cozumel! Cozumel is one of those ports no excursion is needed. You can spend the day in port shopping, sightseeing and eating. OR take a taxi to other areas and feel totally safe. Everyone is friendly. We booked Mr. Sanchos All inclusive with the aquatic park. Had an amazing time. Food and services is top notch and NOT crowed. They have an all-inclusive side and pay as you go. Pay as you go side, I've noticed to be a little more crowed that the all inclusive. Plus, they have tons of other activities we went Kayaking. Deposit of $10 for the kayak, paddles and life jacket and you get your deposit by when you return everything. Definitely recommend it! The aquatic park was fun but seems to be a bit difficult for younger children, you need upper body strength to climb on the inflatables and it is a good distance from shore, so make sure they have a life vest. Life vest are available there at no charge. All in all we had an amazing time staff is super friendly and kept our food and drinks coming! Definitely recommend Mr Sanchos and will be returning soon!! Ohhh and Get the coconut shrimp at Sanchos!!
