I've loved it for 40 years. First-timers should see it on an island drive.

Dont be afraid to explore here. Dont limit yourself to the downtown or near ship shopping areas

Cozumel is nice. We went ATV'ing and had a good time. We really enjoyed the ATV part of the trip, but the sight seeing was not very good. We thought the Mayan Ruins would be a lot more grand than they were. We did wind up at a nice little resort and spent about an hour or two at the beach which was lovely. The water was beautiful and clear.

It was ok, did the history of Mexico tour. Not great, but informative.

We have been going to Cozumel for many years and always enjoy renting a scooter from Rentadora Isis and taking our own island tour.
