Cozumel, Mexico Port Reviews

Always enjoy Cozumel. My only complaint is being herded through the shops to reach anything. Taxi line was long but expected with 6 ships in port. Went to Playa Mia. It was So much fun. Wait staff and food were excellent. Inflatables were a blast. Something to do for everyone here.

Great tourist area and port. I didn’t stray far from it. Had a great time exploring local bars :) the people are very friendly and the tourist area is super clean!

Loved this island! Been to Mexico on its own before and didn’t enjoy it this much. We hired a private guide through Mexico safe tours and spent 4 hours designing our own tour. It was fantastic! Tequila factory tour a must and snorkeling!

Enjoy the shopping... usually get a taxi into shopping area and walk back. The RCCL ships we have sailed on usually dock where Margaritaville is located. Get off of the main street and visit some of the smaller, local merchants. Many times you will find good deals and conversation. Ask for recommendations for local dining and don't be afraid to try something new.

This was my favorite ports we didn't do any excursions we just shopped and then we caught a taxi and went farther down the road and ate some authentic Mexican food at a place called La Mission and the food was wonderful and they had a mariachi band. We walked along the beach of beds and collected some sea glass. And did more shopping LOL. I cannot wait to go back again someday!

Very beautiful island. The beach was perfect besides my fiance kept falling off the hammock back into the water lol. But We loved it, loved the Alcohol drinks by the beach. The food was pretty good can't complain since it was free. Filled me right up.

Love Mr. Santos beach endless drinks the fish was awsome........... My daughter loved the pool and playing in the CLEAN SAND...... cant wait to go back with my husband next.

It was raining, we took an $8 cab to El Centro and did shopping with the locals.

Beautiful port and soooooo much shopping as soon as you get off the ship. Everyone treat you amazing. Do not ever pat asking price if they don't budge, go to the next store. Biggest surprise was seeing drug stores that sold anything you needed. Had other shipmates tell me they cruise here just for meds and they are the real deal. Bought 100 pills of amoxicillin for $30

Been here a few times. Rent yourself a car and drive to the backside of the island. Not to many people and views are really amazing. Around the port area is quite crowded.
