Sorry to say I didn’t enjoy this port. We stayed in the St. George’s downtown area, so I can’t comment on the beaches or areas outside the town. Very dirty, unsafe feeing with all the pushy vendors and taxi drivers calling after you as you walk down the street. Many of the streets have open sewers with human excrement (literally) on the sidewalk. We won’t be back to St. George’s. We now know why it was only a 5 hour stop here.

Took a taxi to a beach where several different people were all fighting over our business, a bar owner called john we felt was rather intimidating and refused to give us the a WiFi code unless we bought beer off him.... We didn't buy beer off him!....the water was nice and the kids enjoyed themselves but I didn't feel very safe at this beach. My friend was offered cannabis, and shortly after the police arrived.

Lovely place, great people. Did a tour of a spice factory. Saw a good bit of the island! Highly recommendable!

Unfriendly merchants at port. Just did shopping and walking at the port. Restrictions at port if you didn’t have a Princess excursion or Government approved taxi, guide.

We were not allowed off the ship if we did not have an excursion which was disappointing so did not see anything. Had to cancel excursion because of health issue.
