The spices were cool to see. We went on an island tour and it is definately not worth the money. We paid an entrance fee to see the crater lake but could not see anything. I think it is poor practice that they were taking peoples money knowing you could not see anything. We saw a waterfall and some boys were jumping from cliffs but then would not let you leave the area until you paid a "donation". again very poor practice for a tourists area.

Nice Island. Book a trip to one of the 365 beaches as there is nothing really in the town. Do not be tempted to get a taxi yourself as you will find yourself with other people who only want to stay 1/2 hour any where. Nelson's Port is beautiful.

The tour I booked for us was GND-270 Grand Etang, Coca experience and Rum tastion. We did not stop at La Sagesse to shop. Save your money on this one.

We did a fishing and snorkeling excursion with Richard of Marlin Masters. We were able to make it out to the sculpture garden before the larger tours arrived. We spent about an hour there followed by 4 hours of fishing. We caught 2 wahoo, 2 barracuda, and a black fin tuna. We had a great day! We had 5 ppl (including 3 kids 12,10,8). The vendors in town are a little more aggressive than other ports we were at but we did not have any problems.

Beautiful from the boat but scary on land. Shopping is no good and people were very rude and aggressive. Princess needs to take this port off of the itinerary.

Take the Lazy River tour; we did not, but heard it was by far the only thing to do on Grenada. WE have been twice now and neither time was good. Grenada needs training on how to handle the tourists; it is a bit out of hand aggressive.
