Beautiful. Interesting being able to see an island with two cultures. We book an excursion with Carnival. We visited different beaches, the carousel, and drove thru both sides

We decided to walk to Great Bay Beach from the ship which was a bad decision. Much of the road was under construction and there were no proper sidewalks. On the way back, we took the water taxi which was $5 pp one way. It is $7 pp both ways so that's a great deal and the boat operators are super fun and entertaining! The beach here is really nice but there is a large dip which makes getting in and out of the water a bit difficult. We rented a Jet Ski here for $50 for 35 minutes. We also went to the Yoda Guy Movie Exhibit on Front Street. It was $10 for each adult and $5 for kids which I thought was quite steep as it's a small museum.

I missed the Billy Bones Snorkeling excursion because I could not find the place. Lost $125 on this - not happy. (I had no internet service to check for directions).

The Power rafting snorkeling excursion was great, though the snorkeling spot cloudy, and rather than a snorkeling vest, the staff required you to wear a standard life jacket (ski vest) that fully prevented any free diving while snorkeling, something that definitely cut my enjoyment of the trip by half. We play by the rules, and didn't argue or question, but if you enjoy free diving while snorkeling, this excursion isn't for you.

No excursion, just walked around on our own. Beaches that we could walk to weren’t that impressive. We didn’t feel like paying to get to a better one so we went back to the ship pretty quickly and enjoyed having it mostly to ourselves.

We did a Cat sail down to Maho Beach, Simpson Bay area. Got to see a few planes coming in and going out. We were supposed to have a 4 hour excursion, but it ended up being about 3. The captain got us back to port with plenty of time to get back on the ship. The excursion didn't leave until 2 p.m. and your had to be back on board by 6:30.
