Loved the port. Swam with dolphins but did not realize I had to pay extra to actually swim with them, only got to pet and kiss them.

Went shopping and enjoyed the shopping closest to the ship. Pretty and convenient. Water taxi is $7 each ALL day round trip. Crowded on shore with 5 ships in Port

Any tips for honest jewelers on St. Maarten? Are they really cheaper than the US for jewels? My friend got an 11 carat canary diamond for a large fraction of the cost than in the US. Any guidance would be most helpful. We do not want to get ripped off. Thank you.

The Rhino boat excursion was awesome!! It was well worth the price. You drive your own 2 or 3 person boat for about 30-45 min in the bay and ocean and then snorkle. Watch out for the nude beach though. It was a shock!

Best port of call, Americas cup is best excursion around, Beach and boardwalk area GORGEOUS, not overwhelming local "pressure to buy" at shops.
