Booked an island tour with Bernard's here. Visited Maho Beach, Marigot, and Orient Beach. Nice island, but there's still a lot of hurricane damage. Would be nice to see it again after they've had some time to recover.

2nd time to St Maarten and this time was even better than the 1st! The first time we went last year we took a tour on land. This time we took a snorkel excursion around the island (that I did not book through the cruise ship.) It was amazing!!! The waters were very rough getting out to our first stop but after that...not as bad. We had lunch near shore and could get off at the beach or play in the water. We also were able to see and touch real starfish! We were able to go to Maho and a plane flew over us and then another plane took off and we were close enough to feel that as well! Amazing day at St Maarten!!!!

Beautiful! Orient Bay Beach is a must see! Locals are friendly & make it easy to get a cab for $7 per person . You do have to put up with solicitation on the beach though they are friendly & respectful.

This was my favorite. The fact that you can shop, go to the beach, get some food, go on an excusion - this port has something for everyone without necessarily having to spend a lot on an excursion. I wish every port had access to beaches with excursions!
