Beautiful! Enjoyed the beach and jerk chicken. Water was clear and felt good. Shops were very nice. Water taxis were convenient. You can barter for chairs and umbrellas and we had floats thrown in as well. Only downside was a young group from ship near us with foul mouths and poor behavior.

First time visiting St. Maarten. Excursion booked through Carnival took us on an island tour and then to Simpson Bay Beach and served us lunch.

Maho airplane experience thru RC. Well worth it. Traffic was bad on the way back to the boat. They plan for it by leaving early enough. If you take your own excursion, RC will NOT WAIT FOR YOU. Plan on the traffic jam.

Island Tours are a little bit costly, compared to the other Islands. If you port here on Sunday one side of the Island & stores are closed

The Amazing Race excursion was awesome!! Fast paced, adventurous and actually had you interact with the locals to complete your challenge which was great. Should be fitness minded if planning on participating in this excursion...a lot of running involved.
