Such an amazing place. We did "The Adventure Race" (scavenger hunt) and really enjoyed getting to find clues around the island. Plus the locals are so kind and love helping direct you. Don't forget to say "Good morning" to everyone, as is the custom. Really nice people and a beautiful afternoon spent at the beach. Chair, umbrella, and the ocean! Husband and son did Jet Skis and that was a highlight! Everything is a water taxi away. Also, go farther down and you will find the sandy beaches!

Enjoyed this stop better than St Thomas. Interesting to hear differences between Dutch and French sides of the island. Lots of hurrican damage still visible. Enjoyed Mullit Beach very beautiful and clean. Enjoyed watching planes landing from Mahoo beach. Be careful can be dangerous. Pricing is better on St Maarten.

Took a cab to Maho beach, then back to the beach by the port. We took one route over to Maho, then another route back to the bay, got to see the whole island. Sunset beach bar had good appetizers!

Love the place rented a Jeep went to the other side island where the airplanes fly over fly over and almost got lost the other than that it was wonderful I would recommend it to anyone

We enjoyed our day going to our regular beach spot. Sad to see the disrepair and hardship the people were facing to rebuild. The water was very rough but easy to enjoy all that St Maarten provides .The people are great and hopeful. One of our favorite ports.

Beach and shopping are the main attractions. Take a cab over to Maho Beach to watch the planes buzz the beach on approach to the runway.
