Booked Maho Airport Experience-Sunset Beach Bar. Beach and drive was beautiful. Sunset bar was really good for a tourist area. Good drinks and chicken quesadilla was delicious. Prices reasonable on both drinks and food and good selection

Went to Maho Beach to see planes fly over. An amazing experience but check flight schedule before you go. Do not just go for the beach, it is very crowded.

We took a taxi over to Maho Beach to see the airplanes land ($45 round trip) only bad thing is the big planes don't land until after 4, ship leaves at 5

I LOVE St. Maarten! We booked a day at the beach excursion. Though I appreciate the security an arranged excursion offers, I highly recommend just getting a water taxi pass and heading over to the beach yourself (its $14 round trip). Once at the beach most bars or hotels offer 2 beach chairs with umbrellas and drinks for $20-$25. The excursion we booked through Royal Caribbean was $37 per person so not a complete waste but we ended up leaving the group b/c we wanted nicer chairs on the waters edge. It was absolutely worth it!

Awesome! We did the Catamaran excursion here Golden Eagle! Absolutely wonderful and the whole crew was fantastic! We are not really drinkers but enjoy one or two island rum punches, however they continuously offered them and beer also, but also offered water or soft drinks too! And I will say no one over indulged and everyone had a great time snorkelling and at the beach swim also!

You must try a pastry on the French side of St. Maarten. We used Bernard's Tours for a personal tour for our group and we really enjoyed it. They took us all over the island and to a couple of beaches.

St. Maarten's one of my favorite Caribbean islands! It's very clean, the people are friendly, & the shopping is plentiful and Duty Free! The beaches are superb, the water's crystal clear, & the snorkeling can't be beat!! What's NOT to love?? We did a snorkeling excursion that was a lot of fun (by Maho Beach).

My favorite all time port so far. Went to Orient beach and rented an umbrella chair. Hot sunny day but a constant breeze blowing and the sound of the waves was very relaxing. However we did have to go to the nude side for swimming because water was calm on that side. A little awkward with all the naked people but no one made us feel uncomfortable. Love it there.

St. Maarten was top notch. The locals made us feel welcomed and safe. The Island is also very beautiful. Definitely plan on visiting there again.
