Loved everything about this place except the gnocchi dish was quite lame, tasteless and a failed representation of what it should be.

Service and Staff

The only problem we encountered was at the Aqua Bar station. Even though we loved the Aqua Bar station daily, one service member, Katia (Russian gal), missed stocking her station according to nut milk supply needed 2 out of 3 times when we were served by her. The first time she served us she completely overlooked telling us that she was out of Almond milk and proceeded to use another milk (not on menu per item ordered). She failed to notify the other client who ordered the same drink! This is unacceptable and even though we excused her error judgement the first time, the second time when she was ill-stocked not having any almond milk in order to make our drink, she excused herself for nearly 10 min in order to fetch it somewhere else. Again, unacceptable on both counts as she proved to be ill-equipped to "run the show" ill-prepared. Our wish is that she is spoken to about this and that her training reinforces the IMPORTANCE OF BEING PREPARED FOR HER JOB.

Ship Quality

Fabulous, spacious, intriguing and versatile venues pleasing to the eyes and experience.

Cabin / Stateroom

We have absolutely joyous remarks about our stateroom. The mini fridge stopped working about 2 days before arriving back to home port and we notified a few service members about it to make sure it got taken care of for the next guests.

Ship tip

Prepare for a sweet journey on this majestic vessel. We realized during our debarkation while patiently standing in line for customs in Ft. Lauderdale that we could have avoided the 35-40 min wait completely by staying on ship for a few hours instead (or until asked to leave ship). Lines are never fun and this is a huge tip we wish someone would have told us ... possibly our Concierge!?!

Finally met our concierge, Javier, for a moment upon leaving ship as he was directing folks off the ship. Since day one after reading over all our literature left in our room, we anticipated Javier to introduce himself as he was appointed as our VIP contact in caring for our comfort and joy during our trip. A bit disappointed we never got to meet him and after our trip we read he would have been instrumental in keying us in to various benefits we failed to experience. Bummer! As a suggestion, if Celebrity Concierge staff have too many guests to tend to and meet, then either appoint more Concierge reps to tend to a more manageable guest list or organize a group meeting at start of trip so guests can get informed and get questions answered pertaining to their benefit package. Again, this was a true bummer (could have had laundry done onboard - dang! we missed out!)
