The access to the beast after taking the water taxi was the best! Such a beautiful place and a real value to get chairs, umbrella and drinks for $15.

Orient Beach is the nicest beach with some pretty good deals. $5-10 gets you a lawn chair and a bathroom to use plus drink specials and food from that partiuclar bar. Just beware, clothing is optional and the farther you head down the beach, the less clothing is used and they are not models.

Did an island tour (notthrough RC). Small group (6) and we enjoyed the personalized service. The better deals are on the Dutch side of the island, not the French side (we learnt that late)

piers are too long for some senior citizens to walk.should have some type of shuttle.

Our excursion was not that great. The water was deep and cloudy where we snorkeled, but a storm was coming in. Next time we will go to the beaches on the French side. Our fellow cruisers who went there had a lot of fun.

There was a tropical depression on the day we were in port. Walked around the port and had some tropical drinks and shopped for t-shirts, etc.
