Aruba is a very interesting island, lush and green on one side and rocky, barren and wild (like the Scottish Highlands in a way) on the other. Swimming and snorkeling are excellent especially at the large hotel sites. All beaches on the island are open to the public -- none are private!

Gorgeous! We went on the Kuku Konukoo tour and our tour guide Carlos was a riot! We were able to get to the beach for about 3 hours after a few site seeing stops around the island. We stopped at Eagle beach and the beach chairs were included. The excursion wasn’t too expensive and it was definitely worth it for our first time in Aruba! After the excursion we went on board to eat, rest, and went back off to shop & grab dinner since we were there until 11:00pm. We went to a restaurant nearby on the water and it was horrible 😂 we ended up coming back on board to eat but the sunset and shopping was worth it!
