Never really explored this too much day one, we were whisked straight from the airport to the ship......the journey through was good and many colourful houses dotted amongst the palm trees.

Went to a beautiful beach via bus. Rented chairs and umbrella. Beach was clean and water was beautiful

The island is beautiful, wish we would have chosen an excursion besides the Jolly Roger pirate ship excursion. I do NOT recommend this excursion. They clearly want to fit as many people as they can onto this small 'pirate ship.' Lunch is not included as we expected, ($5 per person) and even then all you get is one burger with no sides. The alcohol was flowing but most of my group was just ready to leave. In fact, two from our group of 11 did leave before departing and was refunded their excursion fee.
