Celebrity only allowed passengers off of they purchase an excursion. So if you didn't give them money, then you couldn't see the island.

Favorite port. We did the Ultimate Snorkel excursion on a boat that stops to see sea turtles, and a sunken ship. Provided a Barbecue lunch, and a bus back to the ship.
