Must do the Sugar Train it was great! Loved the beautiful singers! Watch the rum punch, more than one was too much. Enjoyed seeing monkeys in the trees.

Last visit, we took a water taxi to Nevis, their sister island. Home of Alexander Hamilton, if you are a history buff, this was fun. There is a museum, and some shops, but a much less populated island than St. Kitts. A 45 minute ride on the water taxi, so go early and get back early. Also, lots of shops in St. Kitts port area. Other must see sights on St. Kitts are Brimstone Fortress and the batik factory. An entrance fee for each, but the views from the top of the fort are amazing. Bring your camera and wear your sneakers for the climb. You won't be disappointed. Batik factory has beautiful clothing and you can see how it is made. Enjoy

Started out the day on St Kitts by walking to the National Museum of St Kitts, which is directly across the street from the cruise port terminal . It was $8.00 a person. You go up to the 2nd floor and there are several rooms of displays covering the history of St Kitts. We spent about two hours there & then headed out & flagged a cab to Shipwreck Bar & Grill. The cab was $16.00 & the driver promised to return at 4:00 to drive us back to port. I highly recommend using J’s Taxi Service’s. You can call Kenrick Jarvis cell 869-764-3348, or email in advance to schedule his service @ jtaxiservice@hotmail.com We love Shipwreck bar & grill & this was our second visit. For food we had Conch Fritters & the Tender meal which was very good & plenty for the two of us. I enjoyed a couple Carib beers & my wife had a Caribbean Cooler & then 2 Pirates Punch , & she said they were potent ! This was all over a 4 hour period, of Swimming , relaxing in the free lounge chairs, & snorkeling. There is a reef area to the right of the sandy swimming area where you can see coral, fish , urchins, & an occasional ray. This is a very rustic bar & grill , & not a 5 star resort. You are on island time. Your food is made to order, so it may take a bit, but is worth the wait. Sarah & Kim operate this establishment & are fun hosts. I can’t wait until April 2020 when we return to St Kitts. And by the way , Kenrick Jarvis of J’s Taxi Services was back here at 3:45 & ready for our 4:00 trip back to port. He also stopped at a couple overlook points so we could jump out & shoot pictures. We love St Kitts 😎

St kitts can be a lot of fun. We have been there several times. The snorkel tour and Nevis lunch break is fun. The snorkel site has an old ship wreck that is scattered under water and on the beach. The beach bar and grill we stopped at Sunshines had great food. We also enjoy hanging out on South Friars Bay beach at Shipwreck Beach Bar and grill. It is down an old beaten path dirt road. If you like true dive beach bar(but clean) with high octane drinks, good food, great atmosphere, and wild monkeys. This is the place!!!!😎🏝🏖👍🏻👍🏻

The Sky Safari ZIP Lining excursion on St. Kitts was the best excursion of our cruise. My wife and I had never done zip lining before so we did not know what to expect. We are both in our 60’s so doing this would be a checkoff on our bucket list. The experience was fantastic!!! We truly enjoyed zip lining through the rainforest. Before returning to the ship we did some shopping. My wife bought a piece of jewelry and I got a tropical shirt and a cap.

This island is beautiful. I recommend the tour that takes you around the island. There are great views and on a clear day you can see the volcano. There are also monkeys all over the island as well as people who have them as pets that will let you hold one. The beaches were beautiful, watch out for seas urchins! You also have to check out the black sand beach! It's beautiful and the sand is softer there than on any other beach.

We got off the ship, brought souvenirs for parents, and found a taxi for $3.00 per person to Palms Court and Garden Restaurant. We found this excursion on www.viator.com for $12 per person and it included a lounger and umbrella with your reservation. The food and beverage are not included. The food was delicious, I had the chicken roti and salad and my husband had a turkey cheeseburger, and fries. The scenery was breathtaking, the salt water infinity pool was very refreshing, and the hospitality was superb.

Of all the ports we went to, this was my favorite. I did the sail and rail and was able to view the island from two different perspectives. I like to do different things and the thought of taking a train ride was intriguing and it dint disappoint. The best part was when they handed out St Kitts favorite dessert, sugar cakes.
