Our excursion to the Baths at Virgin Gorda was canceled due to high/rough swells, I booked a land tour at a discount, and it was okay, It was a "Best Views" tour, but due to the narrow mountain roads, we were not able to get off the bus to take photos at most of the stops.

We went to Long Bay Beach on Beef Island. Beautiful beach but you really only get about 90 minutes at the actual beach

We took a tour around with a local which was ok. The island is nice and very hilly. They charged more than other islands and didnt provide much commentary so was a bit disappointed.
