We went to Havensport for shopping. But since there were any other ships that came into hat port many of the shops closed up. We went back to where the Allure docked and the shopping was much better.

We were to meet Sonny Liston tours ( the third party vender) at the windmill . The paperwork said to look for guys with red signs saying sonny Liston tours near there. No one had signs up. I had to ask groups there to find my group. Two hours were about an hour longer than I needed for shopping. The views on the top of the mountain were beautiful. It’s just like to photograph on the site. I’m sure the beach was wonder also, but I didn’t want to do the beach. I wish there were more historical places to show and describe. The price was about right for this excursion.

We were here in August of 2017. We took a bus tour with Duncan Tours. I highly recommend it. The views were breath taking. Duncan was the best. He was very informative and made the tour more fun.

ISO of a beach excursion with an open bar but doesn’t want to pay an arm & leg for it. Any suggestions on one whether it’s through carnival or a third party??

Very sad the whole tour. Not good guide and conditions were terrible. Roads poor condition, beaches over crowded, area is just run down. Sad to see how these people live in general. Sans hurricanes.

Not a ton to do here. We did the sky ride thing, that was cool. We took the Ferry to St. John, and the ferry staff was SUPER knowledgeablee about the area, and told us about Blackbeard, and all kinds of cool history!
