Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas Port Reviews

This was our first time to Coco Cay and we stayed at the pool all day and loved it! The food wasn’t to my liking as it was all hot dogs and hamburgers…but my husband loved it.

Loved our beach bed and the opportunity to relax.

Cocoa beach club worth the extra money

The island itself (at least the parts we went to) were OK. We booked Coco Beach Club. That is where I give ONE star. HATED it. It was very crowded, kids running around, chair hogs that should have been dealt with...swiftly and were not. No changing room, constant lines for the ladie's room. Never got a bracelet and was treated like trash when we tried to leave so we could use a rest room at one of the other areas. We were never given a bracelet when we entered. We weren't given anything. There was nobody there to greet us. The food was excellent as was the food service. So very glad that we got a cheap deal on tickets. If I hadn't taken a fall the night before on the ship, I might have been able to enjoy the beach but didn't want to chance walking on sand and further injuring myself. We were so very excited about this place and we were hugely disappointed. Especially with the chair hogs. People put a towel or a pair of glasses on the poolside chairs and not one time did we see anyone at any one of them. There was one lady that sat for a few minutes to put on lotion and then left again to go to the beach!!! Ugh. So frustrating. Don't be a chair hog. It's rude.

This was by far the best port of call. It has an amusement park and while the free stuff is great I would recommend you purchase the upgraded options.

This place is amazing now, last time I visited this private island, it was just that, an island. Now she is a wonder land.

I had an excursion, but couldn’t do it because I got lost on the way to the jetski area. I stopped at the towel station to ask for directions, was told to follow the path which took me to the beach…. After walking around and asking another employee, finally made it to the meeting point. Only to be told I was 7 minutes late. I was refunded but I was bummed that a missed out on the excursion. Maybe Royal Caribbean should consider putting up signs 😊

Nice resort setup in an island, clean and easy. Unfortunately RC charges extra for many amenities.
