Being in the Yacht Club we were escorted off the ship and then had a ride in the golf cart buggies to our beach area. We had lounge chairs, umbrellas, our own restaurant and food truck. The beach was beautiful, a bit rocky so wear beach shoes. Not many fish. The life guard told me about a baby shark but it swam away. I also saw a small stingray and barracuda. Other than that, not much to see other than crystal clear blue water while snorkeling. Yacht Club service was excellent, drinks on the beach and the lunch menu in the restaurant was Yacht Club standard and complimentary. At a moment notice we were provided transportation back to the ship and to our special Yacht Club lane. The night activities are spectacular with the Junkanoo parade and the Lighthouse light show. See attached photos.

Nice and new however I think after the sun sets most guests went back onboard so the island seemed desolate. Activities that guests may want to see clashed with dinner times i.e. Junkanoo parade

Sweet, Old school beach day Relax, go play in the sand Food trucks are a nice touch , however they should have drinks available at them . If you have the beverage package then there will be a bar close by. The plants and trees are taking hold. We did not do any excursions here. Overnight was cool with fires on the beach.

According to staff, OCEAN CAY should be fully open when I am back on this ship Sept 3 for my birthday. The ship photographers came out and did daytime and sunset photos. Made my 100$ photo package worth it! Use the main beach right to the left of the ship. It is the oceanside so you will have waves. Further into the island there are man-made lagoons that are nice and calm for children. Tons of eateries and bars. The lighthouse bar has the best view and seating.

Love this island! I can't wait to see how it develops over the next few years. So much space for everyone to find something they like. Safe! Food trucks scattered around at the beaches were great and quick!
