Loved the island it was amazing we rented a cabana which if we ever go here again it was well worth the money we had food from the buffet and our cabana was really close to one of the bars so we constantly had drinks being delivered to us which was nice and we were pretty close to the water as well the people at the straw market were nice and not pushy

The island is pretty, but even with a tender reservation, we did not get off of the boat until 11:30am!! We sat around all morning waiting for our number to be called. By the time we got on the island, we had to walk to the farthest beach with 4 little kids to find chairs. Leaving the island, we waited in line for almost an hour to get a tender back- FRUSTRATING! The annoyance of it all took away from what should have been a glorious day.

Way to crowded for my liking. Lounge chairs not even separated by 6" so you could get on it easily. As we did not have an excursion planned, we stayed onboard ship, had a leisurely breakfast then took the tender into port at about 11:30 a.m. At approximately 2:30 p.m. we headed over to the pavilion to get lunch only to find that it had closed at 2 p.m. ! I realize staff has to pack things up and get back to the ship, but a notice in the Freestyle Daily stating the hours of the lunch service would have been nice. We got back to the ship 10 minutes before the buffet closed and had a late lunch there.

GSC is beautiful and was a fun day. The bar staff were super-friendly and accommodating. My friends snorkeled and enjoyed that. The paddle board excursion was NOT what was advertised and was simply a rental. That description needs to change. It was a fun day, though, and I would recommend this stop.

The tender rides to the island can be a bit bumpy with the waves but once there it is amazing! The water is pristine, drinks are cold, the music is playing and the food is abundant! Plenty of chairs to relax and enjoy!

A small section of a private island shared by multiple cruise lines. Tall prison like walls marked each cruise lines “area”. Lots of lounge chairs shoved into the sand a foot apart. Not really much to see or do. We got there at 11:00 and NOTHING was set up or ready. Couldn’t even get a drink of water. We left and went back to the ship
