Get an early tender ticket (sign up and your room card is your ticket) so you can enjoy the island. If you don't have a ticket, the unrestricted tenders don't start until 2pm! Haven and Gold/ Platinum Latitude members don't need a tender reservation. You will get a memo telling you to show up for priority boarding. Get there before the time stated. They will let you in after you show your ship card.

We had the best time here! We made sure to get a clamshell to have a place to get out of the sun. We headed to the snorkel garden (tip: the underwater statues are marked w/bouyies *I have no idea how to spell that) pick up a yellow float, they are $15 for the day. We used it to have the 2 of us lay across and snorkel. It kept us off the coral and we enjoyed all the fish as we explored. Yes, there is coral right off shore. You don't want to walk, either float/swim or get the raft! The tacos were good, the Miami Vice was great! Red, white and blue for the 4th of July and yummy while it was so hot. There are showers, kinda hidden to us newbee's. You have to go past the tequila bar and the taco stand, find the bathrooms and they are on the far outside wall... ya, they need a few extra signs. This was our favorite stop during this trip! Truly beautiful! Sea turtles, stingray's, and a ton of different types of fish.

Was lucky enough to make it with nice weather in morning a lot of things to rent.Nice food included! Weather on way back made the boat ride to cruise not enjoyable so don’t get upset if they say you aren’t making it to the island trust me the boat ride won’t be fun

It was crowded and you needed a tender to get to island. Request your tender number early dont wait till last minute like we did.

No excursion but the island was beautiful. The bluest water and strongest drinks. This was my favorite day of the cruise.

We had so much fun and did the Swimming with Pigs excursion. That was a blast and when we came back had lunch. NCL did a great job of having plenty of food and drink available. My only complaint is I would have preferred if there was a separate place on the beach for smokers.

Great Stirrup Cay really impressed me. There was much more beachfront space than I was expecting, and people could be really spread out. The new cove area with the villas is absolutely stunning, too. We did a wave runner (jet ski) guided tour excursion and it was amazing. You'd think a guided tour would mean going slow and being bored because you can't go where you want, but it was actually better that way. You can go as fast as you want and we were in calm cove-type waters as well as out on the waves. We also stopped for a bit in the water to relax and one of our guides found a live starfish in the water that he pulled out to show us (he put it back, of course!). I would highly recommend that tour. Next time I want to go swimming with the pigs, which is another excursion option!

Hot. But I got a chance to go to the beach, with gorgoreous blue waters.
