We did the Carnival excursion which was a beach getaway with open bar. It was excellent and the beach was beautiful. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Staff was pleasant and beach chairs and umbrella were included. Also shopped in the straw market and had an awesome time at senior frogs. The city itself was affected by the hurricanes and looks like there hasn’t been much done to rebuild which was sad. But overall we had a great time.

Went kayaking and snorkeling at Paradise Cove. Swam with a ton of fish, a sting ray and more sea turtles than I could count. An awesome time and I’d definitely come back to do it again.

taxi system has some sort of union or government regulation....it is unpleasant to get anywhere and a nightmare getting back to the ship. hope I make it back

The locals were nicer and not as pushy. We did the all inclusive jet ski excursions and it was amazing! If you do it... so the earlier one because you get more time on the all inclusive beach with more time to eat and drink. We did the 10:30 and everything felt rushed but it was still very fun!

The island is dirty and looks like a war zone. I know the island was hit by a hurricane last October/November time frame. But come one people who live in Freeport. Have some pride in your houses and yards. Pick up the trash and clean up the storm damage. Beach resort was rundown and they ran out of chairs and umbrellas. Wound up sitting under a Palm tree. No the best beach to snorkel on. The only thing I saw underwater was tires and blocks.
