At Your Leisure Snorkel - $39 per person. We paid for this despite having our own equipment. We were told that all people who snorkel must have the life vest to snorkel. Well other guests who had their own equipment just passed by the snorkel shack and went in the water. They saw for free what we had paid for. Seems sad that the staff did not enforce their rules.

We did not get to stop! We wound up with a Sea Day instead, and Freeport on what was supposed to be our Sea Day at the end of the cruise. Cococay would have offered a beach day with activities and a BBQ buffet. Instead, at Freeport, which is an industrial port, if you wanted to go to a beach, you have to pay for a taxi or shuttle, plus whatever activities and food you get at the beach. I wound up just walking around the port area.

Our 'excursion' was renting lounge chairs. (the wave runner excursion had to be cancelled due to rough seas). And, since the weather was perfect, it was a relaxing day. However, not enough information was given before the port debarkation. Specifically, it would have been nice to have a little map to show where the activities were held. The only down-side, was that the RC staff on the island were 180 degrees opposite of those on the ship. Each and every one that we did either ask a question of, or requested drinks at the bar, were definitely not the smiling and friendly (and in some cases, actually rude) staff on the ship itself.

A lot to do here. We were impressed by how much has changed with the island. There’s now a lot of activities to do. HOWEVER, everything costs money (of course)! I found that a $40 something charge for 1 hour of time at the floaty area was ridiculous. There should not be a time limit!

I loved the setting. The island is beautiful with lots of activities. The food was so so but overall it was better than stay on the ship. We only have one complaint - there was not enough time.

Agree with what others have said, don't count on this beach day :-( Sailed Feb 25 and waters were too choppy to make safe from tender boats to island. Super disappointing as we were there once before and it is a lot of fun- even not booking excursions. Now 2 days sailing back is now 3... cloudy back up to Baltimore. 😰

We did the all day snorkeling at your leisure and loved it! Coco Cay has several locations on the small island for those who want to have a quiet beach day or those who want to be in the middle of all the action.
