Very suprised at Las Palmas, lovely golden beaches. We had a walk over to the mariner for a drink & look around, plenty of shopping in the centre

We took a lovely bus tour of the highlights of Gran Canaria. We sampled some local produce and wine and had some free time to explore the local shopping area.

Excellent port if you want a good beach. Very simple to get to beach walk straight through the town probably will be 10mins to walk.... Along the side of the beach little cafes restaurants and bars 👍

No tour so we used the "Hop on Hop off" bus, took us around Las Palmas city didn't get off until the old town where we went in the cathedral and sat in the square watching the children play. Found a nice cafe for lunch, then the bus back to the ship.

Just walked around as we have been here before , beautiful weather. Large city but didn't think there's a lot of interest.

Very good port did the visit to the local aquarium. Booked on board and is a leisurely walk from ship to aquarium went early to avoid the rush an was able to walk around at leisure before mad rush from locals.
