Just walked around the town. Several nice little museums within walking distance of cruise terminal. Limited shopping but your food and drink options are worth the stop in port.

We liked this port. We walked around the town, took photos, shopped for souvenir clothing and had a lobster lunch. We did not do an excursion.

Can't miss the big fiddle at the port and this stop has very much to do. For the historian there is Fort Louisbourg. For the scenic there is Bras D'Or lake or the Cabot Trail which offers some of the most beautiful unspoiled coastline in North America. And the town is very comfortable to just walk around.

The only thing to do here was go through the museum of Alexander Graham Bell. This was interesting but a little boring too.
