Fabulous City, like France without the flight. However, this is where NCL screwed us. We were suppose to have an overnight arriving at 1PM the first day. We arrived at 5:30, after dark and after the stores and tourist attractions were closed. NCL was beat out by Princess, who got the downtown dock, so we were further away. PAssengers had to pay $15 for a transfer to town. Usually free with other cruise lines. On our 2nd day we got screwed again. We were supposed to stay until 10PM, giving us time to dine in Fabulous Quebec City, but the schedule was changed and we left at 6Pm. The reason we booked this cruise was for the time in Quebec City and we were cheated both days, with no discount, or even a real apology.
