The Royal Navy Dockyard is a great location to base a Bermuda cruise. There is lots to do within walking distance of the cruise ships. The ferries all have stops there and the busses and taxi are close. We rented scooters from Oleander and explored the island. We also took the NCL Ferry over to St. George and walked that area.

Bermuda was absolutely stunning and no matter how many times I have been there, it is always breathtaking and fun to explore.

I chose to just get off the ship and do a bit of shopping. The shops there are within walking distance and offered a nice variety of products. I later took a shuttle to and from Horshoe Bay Beach for $7.00 each way. The beach was clean and lounge chairs and umbrellas were available for a small fee. Since I have been to Bermuda, before, I did not do any excursions this time.

Had perfect weather all three days. Horseshoe beach was amazing with big waves of you like that. Only issue is the Man of Wars that we’re washing up all day here and there. Did the kids blow up water park I which is right off the ship. Kids had a blast. Did the Rising Sun Catamaran which was an amazing time as well. Highly recommend.

Please be careful with this cruise line. I booked a trip at the end of August for a cruise from New York to Bermuda. For me and my kids. Unfortunately I had the wrong Covid test for the kids. They turned me away. I was able to get another Covid test the same day and we were all negative. Even though they had a cruise leaving two days later they refused to rebook me. They also refused to grant credit for another trip. However, they treated themselves to the money that I paid for the trip which was $2500, no matter how much I pleaded with them to possibly give me even a credit for another cruise. They instead opted to keep the entire 2500 without accommodating, a rebooking or a credit. Please be careful with this cruise line. They will keep your money, and will not accommodate. They are cruel and greedy.
